OptionsANIMAL 2025 Tampa Summit Terms and Conditions

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (the “TERMS”) OF OPTIONSANIMAL 2025 TAMPA SUMMIT (THE “EVENT”) FOR NEW EVENT PURCHASERS ONLY

1. PAYMENT

A. All attendees must purchase a ticket and complete registration to attend the OptionsANIMAL 2025 Tampa Summit (the “Event”).

B. Full payment is required at the time of registration. No payment plans or deposits are available.

C. Payments must be made through the official event website using the available payment methods.

D. Refund Policy:

1. Refunds are available for cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the Event.

2. If a cancellation request is made within 14 days of the Event, a refund of 50% of the ticket price will be offered, or the purchase may be converted to access the live stream of the Event.

3. For live stream access, no physical materials or items will be shipped to non-attendees.

4. Refund requests must be made by calling OptionsANIMAL or emailing [email protected].

2. TRANSFER, DEFAULT, CANCELLATION, AND TERMINATION

A. Ticket Transfers: Tickets are non-transferable. All attendees, including guests and non-OptionsANIMAL members, must purchase their own ticket to attend the Event.

B. No-Show Policy: If an attendee fails to attend the Event, they will not be eligible for a refund. However, their purchase may be converted to access the live stream archive of the Event. No physical materials will be provided to non-attendees.

C. Cancellation Policy:

1. Refunds are available for cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the Event.

2. Cancellations within 14 days of the Event are eligible for a 50% refund or may be converted to live stream access of the Event.

3. Refund requests must be made by calling OptionsANIMAL or emailing [email protected].

D. Default: An attendee’s ticket and registration must be paid in full prior to the Event to secure access.

E. Satisfaction Guarantee:

1. Commitment to Quality: At OptionsANIMAL, we are committed to providing an exceptional educational experience at the OptionsANIMAL 2025 Tampa Summit. Every effort is made to ensure that attendees leave the Event with valuable insights and actionable knowledge.

2. No Refunds After Attendance: We stand by the quality of our Event; therefore, once the Event begins, all ticket sales are final, and no refunds will be offered. If attendees experience an issue during the Event, we encourage them to visit the on-site Help Desk or contact Event staff for assistance, where we will make every effort to resolve concerns promptly and ensure a positive experience.

3. Feedback Encouraged: We value attendee feedback and continuously strive to improve. After the Event, attendees will have the opportunity to provide comments and suggestions to help shape future events.

3. GENERAL PROVISIONS

A. Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Idaho.

B. Content Use and Recording Prohibition: Attendees agree not to record, reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from the Event by any means, including but not limited to audio, video, and photography. All materials provided during the Event are for personal use only and are protected under copyright law.

C. Schedule and Content Changes: The Event schedule, speakers, topics, and other details are subject to change at the discretion of OptionsANIMAL without notice.

D. Non-Compliance: OptionsANIMAL reserves the right to terminate any attendee’s participation in the Event for violation of these Terms or for any reason deemed appropriate by OptionsANIMAL. Refunds or credits will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

E. Assignment: Tickets and registration are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another individual or entity.

F. Additional Terms: OptionsANIMAL reserves the right to require attendees to agree to additional terms and conditions for participation in the Event. These additional terms shall not supersede these Terms but will be supplementary to them.

4. DISCLAIMERS AND WAIVER

A. Educational Purpose:

The Event and its content are for educational purposes only. Nothing presented during the Event shall be construed as a solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell a security. Trading stocks, options, and other securities involves significant risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Each attendee is responsible for evaluating their own financial situation and risk tolerance before making any investment decisions.

B. Risk Disclosure:

E. Waiver and Release for Filming and Photography:

By attending the Event, you acknowledge and agree that OptionsANIMAL may photograph, record, or film the Event, including attendees, for marketing and promotional purposes. Your participation constitutes your consent to the use of your image, likeness, and voice in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without compensation or further approval. If you do not wish to be included, please notify an Event staff member prior to entering Event areas where recording or photography is occurring.

F. Conduct Rules:

Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner throughout the Event. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any actions deemed inappropriate by OptionsANIMAL may result in removal from the Event without refund.

G. Accessibility:

While we will make reasonable efforts to address accessibility needs, we are a small company and may have limitations in fulfilling certain requests.

H. Age Appropriateness:
